- You must comply with applicable laws when using the service.
What SiteUpdate is not responsible for
- The quality of your construction or renovation work
- Project delays or scheduling
- Disputes between contractors and clients
- Construction outcomes or workmanship
- Financial estimates or numbers entered by users
The product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Subscriptions
- SiteUpdate offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan.
- Pro is billed monthly through our payment provider.
- Features and limits may change over time as the product evolves.
Acceptable use
- No illegal content
- No abusive, harassing, or harmful use of the service
- No uploading content you do not have rights or permission to share
Account termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse or violation of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteUpdate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
