SiteUpdate helps renovation contractors manage project updates and share client progress links. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.

- Account email used to sign in
- Project names and descriptions
- Client name, email, phone, and address — only if you enter them
- Checklist items and project stages
- Expected revenue, estimated cost, and estimated profit if you enter them
- Project photos uploaded by you
- Billing and subscription status, handled through CREEM
- Basic usage and security logs

Client share links
Clients can view a project progress page through a link you share with them. Clients do not need to create an account. You are responsible for what you choose to share through these links.
Third-party services
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
- CREEM — payments and subscription billing
- Lovable — cloud infrastructure and managed email delivery
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Users only have access to their own dashboard data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
