SiteUpdate offers a Free plan and a paid Pro monthly subscription. This page explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work.
Subscription
- Pro is billed monthly through our payment provider, CREEM.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing provider flow.
- After cancellation, Pro access may remain until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
- Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Because SiteUpdate is a digital SaaS product, refunds are not guaranteed once service access has been provided.
